By participating in yoga classes, events or sessions organised by Iullyx Yoga SRL, you agree to the following:

Consent to photography and filming
You acknowledge that photos and/or videos may be taken during classes or events for documentation and promotional purposes.

Permission to use
You grant Iullyx Yoga SRL the right to use, publish and distribute any photo or video in which you appear, for marketing, promotional and educational purposes, including on:

  • Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
  • The official website (www.yogafit.ro)
  • Printed or digital promotional materials

No compensation
You will not receive financial compensation or royalties for the use of these materials.

Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at iulia@yogafit.ro. We will cease using your images in future materials, however we cannot withdraw materials already published.

Health and safety

Participation in yoga classes is at your own risk. Iullyx Yoga SRL cannot be held responsible for injuries, incidents or damages occurring during sessions. Participants are advised to consult a doctor before beginning any physical activity.

Refund policy

If you have purchased yoga sessions or other products through our site, you have the right to request cancellation within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. For refund requests, please contact us at iulia@yogafit.ro.
